​A little bit of info that goes into making photo discs/usb sticks available for clients to use as they please:
REPRINTABLE DISCS & MEMORY USB STICKS are not included in any of the packages unless the package states so.
It is a criminal offence to copy,steal and print your photographers images/work without written permission from them.It has since become quite a strict law that if a person is found copying,modifying or downloading a photographers copyright work they do face potential expensive court proceedings sometimes prison...After all this is theft.
Many of you would like images from your shoot to reprint maybe to print  for loved ones and family?..Maybe they will be gifts or just precious moments to share.
When a reprintable disc at high resolution is sold ,it is in actual fact  the photographers licence purchased in many ways .This allows you and gives you permission to reprint images as stated in the terms of the contract for as long as you would like without a copyright Logo on them.
If and when a disc/usb stick of this content is purchased, it comes with a copyright release form which you and i the photographer will sign,you will need this form as your purchase,permission proof to be able to print at certain photographic outlets..(some places are now saying you need a copyright release form which allows them to print the images for you based on your signed contact and copyright release.Many stores are now bringing this  to attention.)
